Warm Greetings to ALL!
It is once again a great pleasure to welcome you back to our Conversation on Mind Poverty. This week we look at a common phenomenon of how our minds are set on preparing for job interviews as we continue sharing insights on how to eradicate poverty.
MIND POVERTY robs us from being creative. It puts prominence on getting a job instead of creating a job. Don’t wait for an invitation to an interview. Get ready for a solo interview and hire yourself. Here are some of the solo interview questions opposed to the common:
SOLO INTERVIEW COMMON INTERVIEW
‘Who am I?’ ‘Tell me about yourself.’
‘How can I impact the universe positively?’ ‘What is your greatest strength?’
‘Where should I change as a person?’ ‘What is your greatest weakness?’
‘Why can’t I start my own business?’ ‘Why should we hire you?’
‘What is my MISSION on earth?’ ‘Why do you want to work here?’
‘When should I launch my business?’ ‘Are you having any questions?’
Looking forward to your valuable insights,
"Our focus should not be on the skilled to get a job,
But the jobless skilled person to create a job."
